The burrs on mechanical parts are caused by plastic deformation during cutting, some are caused by flashing of castings and die forgings, some are caused by materials extruded from welding, etc. With the improvement of industrialization and automation, the accuracy requirements of parts are becoming higher and higher. If the parts do not remove burrs, they are unqualified when loading or unloading the workpiece on the machine tool or during assembly.
